📜 Terms & Conditions

1. Instructor Eligibility

Any individual or legal entity with demonstrable expertise in their proposed subject area may apply. AConsultIT Academy reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Content Standards

  • All course content must be original and owned by the instructor.
  • Content must be professional, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • No plagiarism, copyright infringement, or misleading information.
  • AConsultIT Academy reserves the right to remove content that violates these standards.

3. Revenue Sharing

Instructors receive 30% of the net sale price for each course enrollment. The remaining 70% covers platform costs, payment processing, marketing, and operational expenses.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payouts are processed monthly on the 1st of each month.
  • A 30-day holding period applies to all sales before they become eligible for payout.
  • Minimum payout threshold: €50. Amounts below this threshold roll over to the next month.
  • Payments are made via bank transfer or PayPal as agreed upon approval.

5. Intellectual Property

The instructor retains ownership of their course content. By publishing on AConsultIT Academy, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, market, and distribute the content on our platform.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, any pending payouts for completed holding periods will still be processed.

7. Prohibited Content

Courses must not contain: offensive, discriminatory, or harmful material; unauthorized use of third-party assets; or content that violates applicable laws.

8. Amendments

AConsultIT Academy may update these terms at any time. Instructors will be notified of material changes with at least 14 days notice.
